Vincent has over 26 years management consulting and PPP transaction advisory experience having advised on PPP infrastructure programs and transactions across the globe with a combined capital value over $45 Billion. Whilst advising across all project types Vincent specializes in social infrastructure pathfinder PPP projects.

Vincent is uniquely positioned with 360 PPP advisory experience having worked successfully on all three sides on PPP deal execution, as a consortium bid and transaction director, lenders senior commercial advisor through to acting as a senior commercial advisor to the public sector designing and implementing PPP policy frameworks, setting up and leading PPP units through to structuring and procuring pathfinder PPP projects from business case to financial close.

Vincent fully appreciates the complexity and challenges associated with developing both PPP policy frameworks, PPP programs through to structuring and closing complex PPP transactions, which is reflected in his deal sheet having led and closed several PPP pathfinders deals in UAE and KSA.
