We support our clients’ project teams through the entire project transaction cycle, from origination, structuring, procurement, negotiation and deal closure with a view to achieving two key outcomes, reaching financial close and transferring transaction management know how to our clients’ project teams, and enabling them to manage the process end to end independently.

To have worked as we have in taking Zayed City Schools PPP from a concept to financial close and to see the excellent progress being made on site by the winning consortium, Plenary & Besix and their technical partners UNEC, has been satisfying but for Zayed City Schools PPP to win the IJ Global Social Infrastructure Deal of the Year 2022, this recognition only serves to reinforce the values and approach taken by the respective teams in maintaining the highest professional standards when pursuing ambitious procurement objectives.
