We are a transaction advisory firm who specialize in the implementation of Public Private Partnerships. We provide our clients with multidisciplinary advice covering commercial, regulatory, procurement, financial, and technical advice across a full spectrum of energy and infrastructure projects, specializing in PPPs, IPP/IWPs, and PSPs.
A passionate and dedicated team with over 100 years experience globally and 10 years experience in the GCC region working exclusively on PPP transactions.
We move beyond theory and bring vision to reality.
We have successfully led some of the world’s most prominent and sector-defining pathfinder projects, including several landmark national-level PSP regulatory reform mandates in the UAE.
Our work has played a pivotal role in shaping the current landscape of PSP infrastructure development across the country, positioning us at the forefront of innovation, policy, and execution in this evolving domain.
Our experience
Our team has over 100 years’ experience providing clients with strategic commercial, financial, and technical advice across a full spectrum of PPP infrastructure projects.
We have advised on and closed over 60 transactions with a combined capital investment valued of over USD 65 billion across energy, social infrastructure and transportation sectors.
We have acted on some of the largest and important sector-defining pathfinder projects in the GCC region and across the world, as well as several national level Private Sector Participation (PSP) regulatory reform mandates that have been instrumental in shaping present-day PSP infrastructure development markets across the GCC region.

We support our clients’ project teams through the entire project transaction cycle. From origination, structuring, procurement, negotiation and deal closure with a view to achieving two key outcomes: reaching financial close; and transferring transaction management know-how to our clients’ project teams. This enables them to manage the end-to-end process independently.
