Profile Summary

Jan has 20 years experience in design, engineering, project management and cost consultancy having advised on a range of infrastructure projects in particular PPP infrastructure programs and transactions across Europe and Middle East. While advising on all project types, Jan specializes in social infrastructure PPPs including education, healthcare, municipal and sports projects.

Having worked in different disciplines and in various stages of large and/or multi-site development programs, Jan can integrate all technical aspects of infrastructure projects including preparation, planning, design, cost management and construction.

Today Jan is leading and managing the technical advisory workstreams across several pathfinder PPP projects across the GCC.
