Patrick has over 32 years experience in the built environment, with the past 20 years specialising in large infrastructure projects, either as a transaction advisor or providing operational advisory services. He has worked extensively in Africa and the Middle East and has key experiences in industrial development zones, commercial and retail developments and healthcare projects.

A key strength has been his background in construction, facilities management operations and being extensively involved in advisory services.

Patrick has detailed knowledge of infrastructure developments, structuring, whole life cost planning and significant experience in out specification development and commercialisation with respect to performance monitoring and contract management.

Patrick was the Country Manager and Partner to EC Harris in South Africa from 1998 – 2012 and is now C&B Commercial Director in the Middle East.
