Braam has 25 years experience in the legal, commercial and operational aspects of Public Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions, outsourcing and various other commercial transactions.

Braam has advised private sector consortiums, sponsors, operators, building contractors and procurers in respect of PPP’s, concessions and outsourcing and commercial transactions across several sectors, including transportation (toll roads), healthcare, accommodation, correctional services and ICT.

Braam has been involved in PPPs from the bid phase through to hand back at the end of the project term and has advised parties in respect of various commercial, legal and operational matters and disputes relating to the entire PPP lifecycle. This long-term involvement gives Braam a unique insight into all aspects and challenges of PPPs. Braam has experience in analysing, structuring, reviewing, drafting and negotiating all PPP and Concession related documents, including RFP’s, Project Agreements, Finance Documents, Security Documents, Payment Mechanisms, Specifications, Service Level Agreements, Operations Subcontracts, Construction Subcontracts and Interface Agreements. Braam has been involved in transactions across the Middle East and Africa.
